I have a problem. When one of my phones gets a call from an outside line it automatically gets forwarded to another phone on my network. When I dial the 4 digit extension within my network it goes right to that said phone with no problems. I hope that Im wording this properly. Im on the Unified CM but cant seem to find anything showing that its being forwarded. Can anyone help me with the Unified CM?

Go to the DN page and see what call forwarding settings you have.

check your route plan report for the DN. there might be some remnant DN that is forwarding that you are not aware of.
