I usually do call forwarding from Call Routing >> Directory Number on CUCM 8.6.2 . but this time it is not working .Please advise.what are the reasons?
Did you check call forward CSS?
You need to explain exactly what the error is so we can give pointers. Most of the time is CSS and activation policy.
