Call from PSTN

Hi all,

when receive a call from PSTN to the extension 30 (for example) call redirect always to extension 20 and I can not call directly to internal numbers.

can anyone help me please?

In attach most important parts of the configuration.

So your system does not have any problem then. Its working. The problem is with your home phone. This forum cant help you with this. The analogic phone is not cisco phone. You need to contact the vendor for the phone...

Looks like it is matching "num-exp 3312345 20", it is not a good idea to use num-exp for this type of setup.

Is this CUCM or CME? If CME please use dialplan pattern to match DIDs, if CUCM use Translation patterns on CUCM or set sigDigits to 2 in your example the GW configuration in CUCM.

thanks for reply.

I use CME, if I delete "num-exp 3312345 20" and try to make a call on 30 it was busy.

I tried to delete also all num-exp without success.

I do not understand why the call from outside sees only 3312345

P. S. should also create a dial-peer for the incoming call PSTN?

No, just add the following under telephony-service:

dialplan-pattern 1 3312345.. extension-length 2 extension-pattern ..

deleted num-exp and added "dialplan-pattern 1 3312345.. extension-length 2 extension-pattern .." on telephony-service, but number is always trunked on 3312345 and not forward on inside extensione (35, 30, etc.)

What may cause this issue?

From your logs,

I can see that the called number is 3317545. So the number is not modified in any way.

We also get a disconnect cause of 65.

Can you send a sh run of your router so we can see why the call is been disconnected..

The called number does not have any number expansion defined for it.

What should this number match to on your internal extenion?

Why do you have dial-peers for internal numbers in CCME? When the dialled number ia macthed it will route directly..is this the ip address of your ccme router:172.16.18.254

When place a call form PSTN i can type only digits 03317545 then start call automatically without giving me time to type internal number.

aokanlawon numer 03317545 is only root...my internal are: 35, 30....etc.

Than cannot call externally number 0331754535 ? (for example)
