Hi all,
when receive a call from PSTN to the extension 30 (for example) call redirect always to extension 20 and I can not call directly to internal numbers.
can anyone help me please?

I dont understand. You said you are calling from outside. That is you are dialling externally this number from outside. SO what do you mean by you cant call external number

The trace I looked at..
calling number is 2511403
called number is 3317545
are you saying called number should be 331754535?

Right..called number should be 331754535 but when dial digits on my personal phone 3+3+1+7+5+4+5 start call...
but I have not finished entering the number 35.

Is your personal phone a mobile?. I am not sure why this is happening..you need to find out if you are dialling the correct number? Or is your personal phone on the ccme router?

Is an analogic phone (home).
With mobile phone if dial number 331754535 and then I start the call reach the desired extension but from analogic phone dont work...

So your system does not have any problem then. Its working. The problem is with your home phone. This forum cant help you with this. The analogic phone is not cisco phone. You need to contact the vendor for the phone...
