I have a weird issue. I have an extension 133 in which all the phones in the same partition can dial internally. For external calls users have to dial 9 and then the number. There is a service number 133 which resides in PSTN. So if you dial 9133 the call will go to PSTN. Now we have noticed that when you dial 133 in on-hook state and then pressing Dial button on the phone it is going to PSTN but if the phone is off hook or speaker phone is activated and then you dial 133 it is going correctly to extension. It happens only on some phones in the network. What might be the issue here. Thanks in advance.
