HI all,
I am using 8841 ip phone and cucm version 10.5.
8841 model phone is not showing call history option.
if I press application button, I am not seeing recents option to select.
current phone firmware version is 11.7

Follow below steps
++++
1- Make sure that the phone configuration is correct. Go to settings on the phone and check the network configuration. Compare the settings with a working phone and make sure that the TFTP etc are correct.
2- Login to the switch where the phone is connected to and verify the Switch Port configuration with the working phone's port.

Hi there
Please try enabling Alternate TFTP on the phones and set a valid TFTP IP address or add an option 150 or 66 TFTP server on the DHCP server's scope for the subnet of the phones
