HI i'm running CUCM 10.5 i would to have call history of a directory number (all calls made) and export them is it possible ?? if ok can you help me to do that regards
Call history is stored in CDR database and can be accessed via CAR tool from serviceability page, assuming you enable CDR tracking via service parameter on each CUCM node (not on by default).
