Call History Presence Status for 7821

Hi All,

will 7821 phone support phone presence feature in call history (Missed , received & placed calls ) ? . I have tested with firmware 10.1.1 SR1-4 and CUCM 10.5 . It didn't work.

You can give a try with Unified Reporting in CUCM and check the feature list available with respective phone model.

Hi All,

7841 supports the Call history presence.

Now i get in to the different problem. Subscribe Calling search space not getting applied when phone is trying to subscribe presence status of contact in logs.

It means even subscribe calling search space configured in Phone page , In CUCM trace it mentioned as "Presence CSS is =   " . Not Sure why subscribe CSS not getting reflected in CUCM query. CUCM reject 404 message for that subscribe request.
