Call history problems on multiple Cisco VoIPs

Hello,

We have a handful of VoIPs, 7962 and 7965G's, that do not display placed or missed calls when placed in customers offices. However, if we bring the phones back to my building, where the CUCM cluster sits, the phones display placed and missed calls as configured.

Both 7962/7965G's have multiple lines configured, with the "Log Missed Calls" option enabled. The phones are also configured as SCCP on CUCM 11.5.1. For security reasons, rules we have to follow, we are unable to configure them as SIP devices. Each phone was factory reset to verify they were running the latest software available.

Our network shop has checked the port, VLAN, switch, ITN, and router configurations, and nothing is being blocked or is out of the ordinary. For clarity, they matched the ports to known working ports.

Turns out the phones were previously moved from one building to another, and were added to a newly configured DHCP scope. DHCP was configured incorrectly with the wrong CUCM TFTP address. Once corrected, the phones began to log all placed/missed/received calls.

Ask them to allow full IP connectivity bidirectional to isolate network
