                   Hi all,

I am using CUBE as SIP gateway. When i run "show call active voice brief" command, all the calls have the same call id 1 or 0. So it is hard to track calls at the gateway. Is it normal? Does anybody know the reason of that?

Please, add an example of the output of the command.

Regards.

Hi.

If you are using sip-ua to connect to a TSP, you can use show sip-ua calls brief

I've some AS5400 but I see call ID without problem. Do you have the same IOS version on boot AS and CUBE?

I have IOS version of 15.1(4)M6 on AS5400 and 15.1(4)M4 on CUBE(3925)

Incoming calls are generated from a CUCM?

https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2126193

Yes, calls are generated from CUCM. When we generate the call from PSTN we get a usual call ID for the call legs. Additionallay, not only null, i also see 1 as the call id when the call is generated from CUCM:

I couldn't find out what causes this.
