Hi,
A bit of a strange one...
We are running CCM 6.1.2, old I know!
We have approx. 650 IP phones and about half of them are voice recorded, with most of them recording and logging with no issue...
There are about 12 phones that are recording, we can replay the calls in Witness Search and Replay, however, when searching for calls you cannot search the called number, if you do you have to search for the SIP trunk number (3701) as the called party...
I have tried troubleshooting this from all angles - from the CCM, from the Witness application and from a network perspective and cannot find the issue.
Now, all recorded phones are set to the same recording profile, the same recording option and are all associated with the Application User(s) used by the Witness/Verint system...
What I have found is that all the phones that are not working are 7962G with extension modules.
To Summarise...
Calls are recording.
Witness is logging the called number as 3701 rather than the actual called number.
All phones involved are 7962G with extension modules.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!
