Is there somewhere in Call Manager 9.1.2 that I can find a log of all calls made to or from a specific device or number? I am updating security procedures for my work and this would allow me to provide information to police in the event of a threat or harassment calls.
Have you tried with Call detail record from CUCM serviceability page?

Trying to use CDR just tells me that data is not avaliable in the database.
As for QRT, I also had other uses in mind. Since this is a newly implemented system I also wanted to see if a particular number is being used at all. I will certainly take a look at QRT though.
