Call issues With SIP Trunk

Hi,

 

I am having outbound call failures for 13XXXX numbers, rest all calls work fine. Everything seems fine not sure why the call is failing. Attached is the copy of gateway config. Also attached are the sip debugs. Please Help.

Seems that you are sending wrong called number to ITSP as they aren't able to route it. Make sure that you format the called number as required by your ITSP. Below for reference

I checked for other sites and the number format is the same. However, I have opnened a case with Service Provider to let us know the reason for 404 message.
