Hi Exparts,
Our Client claimed that, remote branch ip phone users are not properly listening to the other branch IP phone users. but they can listening clearly when they connect with central IP phone users.
Would anybody suggest me to resolve this issue with explaining the cause....

Hi Nizam,
What phone models and firmware versions are involved? What exactly do you mean by 'not properly listening'? Is it choppy, echo, low volume, hissing? Is the issue also seen with two phones connected to the same switch?

if you are talking about bad quality in phone calls have a look to the qos configured over the line between the two branches
