I am new to this forum but my office has a Cisco network. The only thing that i have to access any behind the scenes stuff is Cisco Unified Communications Express. I'm wondering if there is a different application that i can use to control more of our phone system. We would like to be able to somehow pull reports of outgoing calls to monitor our sales team. Is something like this possible?
You can use third party billing softwares to do this.
