Call Log

Fred Rawlings

Hope I'm posting in the right forum, lately we've had an issue of people accidentally dialing 911 when making an outbound call, is there a way I can run a report or view a log that will which extension(s) these calls are being placed from? I've tried a few options but none seem to show me anything. Any suggestions on how I can track this down would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Assuming this is CUCM, you can go to Cisco Unified Serviceability > Tools > CDR Analysis and Reporting > CDR

go to Export CDR/CMR and export call records to a CSV file and search for 911 pattern.

Assuming you are using CUCM, you can use CDR/CAR to track calls.
