Dear All,
I am going to upgrade Call Manager 6.1(3) to 8.5, but before that i need to take the backup for the Call Manager.
Can anyone gudie me the procedure for taking the back up of the Call Manager.

Hi Malik,
You need to use Disaster Recovery System [DRS] to take the backup of call manager.DRS is available on Navigation available on top Right of Call Manager Administration Page.
Under this , you need to use select either Tape or NEtwork Option.For Tape, u need to connect External compatible Tape drive to Publisher .
For NEtwork, u need to enter the IP address of PC followed by Username and Password. PC has to run SFTP software in background.You can use freeftpd software which is available on Internet.
You can use Manual or scheduler to take backup.
