I have a question raised by a customer based around retrieving UUI information from the incoming ISDN lines within the Cisco Call Manager and presenting this via Cisco Express.
(I appreciate that I am actually spanning several technologies here and that it is not all within the scope of this forum, but it is not obvious where is best to ask such a question).
They are asking if it is possible for the Call Manager to retrieve the UUI field from the incoming ISDN/PRI call and then to add this to the Attached Data that Cisco Express will present to CTI clients.
Any advice/experience appreciated.

Various posts elsewhere hit at this being possible but depending on Cisco Versions/protocols in use etc.
