Hi All,

Is there any specific pre-hand cisco documentation which can be handy to check alerts -- if you encounter them on the ccm . I currently have the following documentation, is it the only specific documentation or are there more of the same type. Appreciate some help on this. Thanks.

Hi Abhishek,

I was trying to find out but all findings point to same URL.

The URL which u have shared is the best which is available on Cisco site for finding description on ALerts.

Let others share if they can find out.

regds,

aman

@ Aman ::  This document explains the Alerts and the reason for the same -- need to know if there is something which provides -- solution or configuration settings which helps in resolving or changing the alert settings to a permissible value.

Appreciate response on this.

I was checking the documentation on how can we remove these alerts -- as in what steps in Rtmt can be implemented -- if there is something of that sort to help out -- that would be great.

Abhishek,

Allow me to share with you another document which explains most of the RTMT alerts, see below:

System Error Messages for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.6(1)

You will be able to see on the application logs most of the following alerts:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/err_msgs/8_x/ccmalarms861.html

Also please check the documentation for RTMT which will answer most of your questions,

Cisco Unified Real-Time Monitoring Tool Administration Guide Version 8.6(1)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/8_6_1/rtmt/rtmt.html

I hope this helps.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the help -- but currently I am not able to open the document through my current CCOID ( which is to be re-converted into a Cisco - features accessible ID.

Would appreciate if you can help me to access the document for now -- through my current account -- if it is possible.
