Call Manager Express 10.5 and Ethernet dual attachment

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's ok to configure ethernet dual attachment using "bridge group" with the Call Manager Express ?...

Because I tried and the phones went "flapping" immediatly i.e. registered / not registered / registered / not registered....

When I shut one of both Giga Interfaces, Phones stay registered....

I wonder if CME is "compatible" with this kind of dual-attachment....

Any Idea ?

Thanks for your help....

Regards,

Christian.

I configured this :

!
bridge irb
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/0
description LAN Call Manager Express Port 1
 no ip address
 duplex auto
 speed auto
 bridge-group 1
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/1
description LAN Call Manager Express Port 2
 no ip address
 duplex auto
 speed auto
 bridge-group 1
!
interface BVI1
 description LAN Call Manager Express
 ip address 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0
!
!
bridge 1 protocol ieee
bridge 1 route ip
!

Etherchannel should work fine, that is a lot more robust than bridge-group.
