Call Manager Express 3.3 - FAX Port

We have a cisco call manager express running version 3.3 and using the analogue port on this to connect to a fax machine. When we send a fax for one page this sends perfect but anymore than 2 pages then only the first and maybe the second pages goes through, not the whole fax. If we patch this fax machine from the call manager express and to an analogue line that does not go through the cisco express then this actually works perfectly.

we have the following in the analogue port setup

It oculd be a problem with fax settings.

I agree it could be a fax setting issue, most modern day faxes support "Behind PBX" and "ECM" settings.

Ensure the the behind pbx is enabled and ECM is disabled.
