When make an outgoing call to the SIP Server (i.e. 60123456789, access code: 6), I need to strip the access code and add a prefix (90296). The call takes place and is established with no problem, however, the screen of the phone is showing: 902960123456789 (for this example). Is there any way to avoid this behavior? (the IP phone's screen shows only 60123456789). This is a Call Manager Express scenario, I am aware that it is possible in Call Manager (CUCM), but I haven't found a way to do this with CUCM Express. All the digit manipulation is done with translation rules/profiles (since it is a VoIP dial peer).
Here is the dial-peers, translation rules/profiles and the telephony-service configuration:

Some of the commands applied to the configuration are only for testing purposes, but none of them worked, and the COR configuration has nothing to do with the problem, but it is included anyway.
