Call Manager Express

I've call manager express 7.1 and IP phone 7931 and 7921

I need to achieve this scenario

for example our special number 1000

and there's a call between 2000 and 3000 currently happening (or between any other numbers)

if 1000 calls 2000, the call between 2000-3000 disconnected or put on hold automatically,  and 1000 connected

how can I achieve this with my cme

This is feasible, let me try this my lab first then possible i can share the config to you.

Br, Nadeem Please rate all useful post.

add this configuration in your CME and assign on the second of the ephones

ephone-dn 4
number A111 no-reg both
intercom B111 no-auto-answer label "2000"
!
!
ephone-dn 5
number B111 no-reg both
intercom A111 barge-in no-mute label "1000"

ephone-dn  1
 number 2000

ephone-dn  2
 number 1000

ephone  1
 device-security-mode none
 mac-address 40F0.2F7B.704F
 type 7960
 button  1:1 2:5

ephone  2
 device-security-mode none
 mac-address 28D2.444F.4A70
 type 7960
 button  1:2 2:4

After applying this configuration When there is an active call on 2000 and the intercom call arrives from 1000 It should put the active call on hold and force the intercom line to become active.
When the call is active on 1000 and the intercom call arrives from 2000,it should ring on the intercom line instead of going to auto-answer.

This has been tested in lab and thanks for refreshing my skill again on this .it was long back story during my CCIE study.

Hope this is going to fix the issue and when your requirement .
