CUCM=8.6.2, we have 2 Device pools and one (Test_DP) is using the PUB in its CUCM Grp, the other (CH_Prod) is using the SUB, then the PUB in its CUCM Grp.
The phones in the Test_DP reset every so often and I've noticed the PUB is losing packets as I have a continuous ping going to the PUB, the Admin page (Tomcat) times out when this happens too .
I've inherited these issues when I came here a couple of weeks ago; there were multiple vendors involved with standing up this environment. I haven't seen this type of behavior before and I'm trying to pinpoint the cause. Any help is welcome.

I'd start by checking any high CPU or IO issues, look at the app log and phone logs for the reason on the reset.

I'm capturing the logs and have a pcap file I'm looking at and it shows
ReasonForOutofService =10

It's easier and gives you a more complete picture using RTMT to troubleshoot issues then to run Wireshark traces.
You do have RTMT installed right?

Any alerts being triggered in RTMT , assuming you have that running?
