I would like to know if we can deploy ISR 4551V as call manager instaed of buisness edition?
When will ISR as a solution be sufficient/ideal?

I suggest you discuss this with a local Cisco partner with UC specializations, and explain your needs, goals, future growth, etc. So they can propose the best solution based on your requirements.
