call manager not accepting unknown callers from outside

Hi There

We seem to have an issue with one of our call manager systems on 4.1

The system doesnt seem to accept any calls coming from outside if the number has now cli, basically any withheld number.

How do we get the system to allow this ?

1) What is your telco line connection PRI BRI FXO SIP etc ?

2) What kind of gateway are you running H323 MGCP SIP ?

3) Do you control your calls via translation patterns on CUCM or in your IOS ?

May be you could answer these questions and provide any router configs or CUCM info etc.

its a PRI with a H323 gateway,

I can only see 1 translation pattern on the system, it says called party transfor mask 1900

thats all I can see on CUCM

I have checked the H323 gateway and I can see this

voice translation-rule 1

rule 1 /^0\([4-8]..\)/ /\1/

voice translation-profile ENTRADA-LOCAL-DDR

translate called 1

voice-port 0/0/0:0

translation-profile incoming ENTRADA-LOCAL-DDR
