Call Manager phone config display

Hi community,

I have a lab for preparing ccie voice including CUCM 7.0 running on MCS 7845 server. My problem is when i open phone config page to configure phone devices it takes  too long to load  the page  i have to wait almost 4-5 minutes. it is same case  even if  there is no phone configured and trying to add a new one  . I installed cucm once again but didnt work.

is this a tac case,  or any specific solution exist ?

Hi,

I searched the case collection and did not find a similar case. Please verify that your server is supported with the CUCM 7.0 -- Supported Servers for Releases of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Intercompany Media Engine and Session Manager Edition > Table 2. Supported Server Models for Cisco CallManager 3.3 through 4.2, Cisco Unified Communications Manager 4.3 and later, Cisco Intercompany Media Engine 8.0 and later, Session Manager Edition 7.1 and later http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/ps5748/ps378/prod_brochure0900aecd8062a4f9.html.

Also you can monitor the CPU and memory useage with RTMT tool to find out which process causes the issue. If issue remains, you may open a case with Cisco PDI Helpdesk www.cisco.com/go/pdihelpdesk
