Call Manager - Real Time Monitoring Tool Error

Hi guys,

i get the following error when I try to get the logs from the RTT, Trace & Log Central -> Collect Files.

it tries to connect to the server using the name not the IP.

can I change this anywhere?

i edited the hosts file and it worked.
