We have a SIP trunk between Call Manager and Sonus Gateway (SBC 1000) to office365 voice mail.
The issue is that Call Manager send to Sonus a SIP CANCEL.We have reviewed the SIP trunk configuration on both devices and is the same that always. This voice mail feature fails since the certificates on Sonus were updated.

Don't you expect reply of INVITE from Sonus?
Since there is no reply, CUCM is forced to clear the transaction using CANCEL.
You need to look at Sonus side why it's not replying for SIP INVITE.

This is normal behavior as by default, CUCM uses SIP delayed offer and hence you are not seeing SDP offer in initial INVITE message.
If Sonus doesn't want to see initial INVITE without SDP, it should not have hold the call for long. Anyway, if you're not sure what's wrong at Sonus side, try enabling early offer in CUCM (under SIP Profile).

I have seen that Sonus not send the calling to UM 365.
SBC gives the following error related to invalid destination IP:

Anybody knows how create a direct SIP trunk between CM and UM 365 without SIP trun with Sonus SBC?

Ok, so as expected SBC was having problem. Do you mean by UM 365 as Office 365?
If that is the case you need aSBC. Microsoft office365 dont support integration with Cisco CUCM

Although INVITE is still going without SDP but I doubt there is anything wrong in CUCM. You need to check the logs/debugs in Sonus what's going wrong there.

Hi,
The CANCEL is sent with cause value of 102. This means that CUCM INVITE timer expired without response from Sonus.
You need to check if Sonus is sending the call to outside and whether Sonus is receiving a response or not because Sonus isn't indicating to CUCM that the call is answered. Sonus is sending TRYING to CUCM which means the Sonus is trying to send the call to outside but no further messages. Then the timer is expired and CUCM cancels the call.
