Call Manager /Unity connection installation query

Hi ,

One of my customers approached with the below query.

Can we use Citrix NetScalar server for installing CUCM and UCXN version 11?

Please advise.

That has not been tested by Cisco, thus, NOT supported.

That has not been tested by Cisco, thus, NOT supported.

Hi Aman,

It may work and all will be hunky dory, till the time you may need to raise a TAC SR and TAC would refuse to work on the issue.

Then the customer WILL turn around and will hold accountable the Design/Implementation Engineer!!

:-)

So, the golden rule is, if TAC says unsupported, it is unsupported (in my case they wanted to install on unsupported version of VMWare)
