I am are trying to upgrade CallManager from version 6.0.1 to version 7.0(2a)Su3. I downloaded the software from Cisco website, and merged the 2 upgrade files, and checked the MD5 checksum.
After putting the local DVD inside the server the DVD came out automatically. I also tried to perform the upgrade using a remote source.
However, the upgrade process is still not going through.

What does the install log show?
Also, have you placed a PUT order and installed the 7.0 SW_FEATURE license? If you don't the CallManager process will not start after the upgrade.

Hello,
I cannot place an order from PUT order because the version is no longer available. Hence, i got it from Cisco Download Software website. I do have a license for that, but i have read somewhere that; we have to upload the license file after the upgrade.
Where can i see the Install Log?
Thanks
