Call Manager User Option (CCMUser)

Hi,

I have a problem on an existing installation to access the page ccmuser

customers don't know the ip of the call manager.

Redirection exists in the DNS server.

Example:

http://telephonyserver ip redirects to call manager

or

http://telephonyserver/managetel redirects http://ip_call_manager/ccmuser

Redirect DNS "telephonyserver" still works.

But the redirection "ccmuser" sends to a 404error on Call Manager.

An idea?

Where I can configuration the redirection "managetel" to "ccmuser" in the call manager?

There's no place and no way to configure redirection in CUCM.

You need to build a DNS pointer in your DNS for that.
