Hi,
I am using cisco ip hones 7911 and 7962 registered in CUCM 7.1.5. When i hang up the phone call should disconnect/cut. But its not happening.

What is the cucm version?
Which type of calls are affected, internal or external or both?
In case the calls are external, what is the exact call flow , does it involved a PRI / FXO / SIP trunk ?
If it was working fine earlier then any recent changes that you can think of prior to noticing the issue?

Internal calls are affected.

If only internal calls are affected then some of the possible reasons could be a signaling delay from cucm itself or some issue with the IP phone. A couple of things you can try are a restart of ccm service on callmanager servers and firmware upgrade on the IP phones. If it has been done already then you need to get detailed call manager traces for a test call to check if the cucm is doing the signaling part correctly.
