Hi, I have a customer on CUCM 12.5(1)SU4. They use Call Pickup groups fairly extensively but have started having problems with some of them recently after phones were moved between offices.
One CPG has two phones (User Device Profiles logged into 7841 phones running sip78xx.12-8-1-0101-482) and one Hunt Pilot.
These users are not able to pickup calls to each other's phones. There is no indication of calls available even though both audio and visual alerts are enabled. All the Partition and CSS config has been checked and seems ok.
Where this gets weird is that Dialed Number Analyzer returns Block This Pattern for the pickup group number but, if I put the same number on a phone as a Directory Number, DNA returns Route This Pattern.
I am a little stumped by this - anyone seen this type of behaviour?

@firmino jose gouveia It's unfortunate that the original poster did not get a response. I would encourage you to start a new post with a full description of your problem. (Include your CUCM version.)

Hi Firmino,
Apologies for not responding earlier. My fix was similar to yours but I deleted the CPG completely, recreated it and allocated it to the phones and it worked ok.

In my case I had a CPG with three members. All in the same Partition and CSS. Two of them worked fine, one didn´t see any alert for Pickup.
Removing the CPG from the one not working, Saving, and setting again the CPG for that member resolved the problem.
