Call Pickup Issue

There is this Call Manager 4.0 server which has several phone extensions configured with the same call pickup group number. Suddenly, users can´t use this feature since they get a message saying that the button is "Inactive" when they try to capture an incoming call for another phone number.

I have checked the call pickup number configuration and it seems OK, what should I check next? Perhaps the Phone Button/Softkey templates?

Hi Cesar,

Do you know if these afected phones are members of a Line Group? There is any diference between the phones that work and the ones does not work?
