Call Pickup on UCCX Redirect

Investigating an issue where users are experiencing an intermitten issue where there is a delay of 10-12 seconds from when they pick up a call until audio is heard.

According to CDR's all calls that experienced this problem were re-directs from UCCX. Basically there is a simply Menu service on UCCX that transfers to a directory number on phone A, phone B uses then CallPickup feature to grab the call. But for the first 10-12 seconds no audio is heard. Direct calls do not experience this issue (internal & external). Normally I would think its something network related when there is delay but it appears to be only one these redirects.

Anyone experience anything like this before. With call pickup and answer delay.
