Hi all,
I have a Customer Service Group that is investigating working from home options. We record all customer service calls via a span port monitoring our voice vlan. When somebody vpn's in and runs ip communciator they will no longer be in the voice vlan.
I could create a VPN vlan and SPAN that, but then I'd be SPAN-ning data and voice to the recording server.
Does anybody have any creative ways of dealing with this issue?
