We have agents that work from home sometimes, They login to network using Cisco AnyConnect VPN client. We have Calabrio Call Recording Solution which works great ( with few bugs ) ..How do you record CIPC softphones conversation.
This are possible solutions
1) RSPAN is not going to work as we will be spanning both voice and data over Layer 3 interface which is not possible

Hi,
you need to use desktop recording. you need to install the recording on the pc and it will record your calls.

Can you elaborate how you can do desktop recording when traffic is tunnelled through VPN .
Is there procedure mentioned somewhere that I can't find

CIPC actually supports call recording:

"Call Recording - Offers a more efficient method to record calls" under the call features section. Also on the device page of CIPC there is a build in bridge that can be enabled (software for CIPC).
