Call Recording with CUCM ver12

Hi,

 

I have Speechlog server that is connected to CUCM v12

 

currently the calls are logged on the record server, but there is no sound on any call

 

can anyone advise what the problem could be?

Hi!

 

Was it working  before, have you changed anything on your configuration? \

 

If you have upgraded to CUCM v12 you may need (if you havent done already) to contact Speechlog Support Team and check if there is a need for software update on the system.
