Call Recording

Hi, I have a CUCM 7.1.3 which calls should be recorded, the recordings are performed by server Oreka, reviewing recorded calls only shows the called party number as the local party and not show the called number true.

recorded is vlan 21 "agents phone"

example:  calling number 104, called number 0056995413559 shows the following local party 0056995413559 remote parte blank.

You should raise the issue to your recording vendor, not here.

What Oreka version are you using?

If 1.2 try add yes to /etc/orkaudio/config.xml
