Hello,

I want to route incoming calls in BRI interface to ip phone extension registered with CUCM.

The Router is configured with CUCM using MGCP, outgoing calls work fine

Do you have any idea to how can i resolve this issue ?

Thanks

Please post full debug where we can see the reject reason code.

What CSS is assigned to the BRI port in CUCM? Does that CSS list the partition used by the DN?

What is the significant digits setting set to on the BRI port in CUCM?

Make sure the MGCP ports are configured with proper CSS.

Make sure your incoming digits match the phone DN or proper translation.

Collect "debug isdn q931" from the GW and see if the call makes it to the GW and what digits are sent.

Hello Chris,

thank you for your answer, yes i have the DN(line number) configured on the phone

in the debug i can see that the call comes to the gateway

Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3
Standard = CCITT
Transfer Capability = Speech
Transfer Mode = Circuit
Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
Channel ID i = 0x89
Exclusive, B1
Calling Party Number i = 0x0183, '00212661YYYYYY' (the caller DN)
Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown
Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '0528XXXXXX'(ther same as the phone DN)
Plan:ISDN, Type:National
