I have bridged line appearances of exec phones lines to the admins' phones (with side cars). Some of the execs want the calls screened when a call comes in. So the admin picks up the line and then puts the call on hold and calls the exec from her own line to announce who's calling. Then the exec hits the line with the incoming call to pick it up.
Question - is this the best way to do this? Thanks.

Hi there,
Really, all Call screening type setups are pretty similar so your's
sounds just fine to me. Some people use "Shared" lines and Intercom
like it sounds like you are doing. Some people use manager/assistant
with Shared or Proxy line support. If the Manager wants to know who's
calling before taking the call, then your config sounds perfect
If it's working for the Users then "Bob's your Uncle"
Cheers!
