Call search spaces

When you add partitions into a call search space, Am I right in saying that it will look down the list of partitions from top to bottom for a match?

Yes, that is correct.. also remember that line CSS takes precedence over device CSS.

ONLY as a tie breaker when two or more matches are equally good, that's explained in the SRND, dial plan chapter.

First criteria is best match routing, wherever the partition with the best match is in the CSS order.
