Call sip extension from sccp don't display name

hi,

have probleme with my cme v7.1, when i call sip extension from sccp phone, it's doesn't display name of the sip extension, same think when i call number that i enterred in command "directory entry", only number diplayed

on phone directory all is ok, i can see all DNs for sip, sccp and all numbers that i have on "directory entry" command

plz help

Are you using a Cisco phone?

If not, you can take "debug ccsip message", but nothing is guaranteed.

Yes i am using cisco phones on sccp, and others brands in sip,

i have no problems for incomming calls, it show me names associated to numbers that i entered on "directory entry"

but for outgoing calls, when i compose the number, it doesn't display the name associated,

when i check directory on the phone, all is ok, i can see all DNs for sip, sccp and "directory entry"

You need to configure the name in the SIP phone itself.

yes, with this i can see name for sip incoming calls

i want to see sip dn name when i compose sip extension number,

same when i compose phone number entered on "directoy entry" command

Alerting name with SIP phones depends on the phone, not CME.

Directory entry does not make the name to display when calling that number.

If you want things to work diffrently, use Cisco phones not third party.
