Call to a DDI is passed to UCCX then out of hours passed back out to a 3rd Party - Can I show the final call out as being from the original DDI that was dialed?

I am trying to get a call that comes into one of our DDI numbers, is then translated in Call Manager to a UCCX trigger and if a queue is closed to be send to via a UCCX Call Redirect to an external 3rd Party.

Im trying to get the final out going call to show that is has come from the originally dialed DDI. Is this actually possible, if so how?
