Call to multiple lines at the same time and forwarding to mobile

Hello all,

In my company, we have CUCM 11.5 and we need a specific function that I cannot operate properly.

I need to have calls, coming from an internal number (it is a dry contact that makes a call), sent to multiples numbers (some are landlines and others are mobiles).

I have set up a hunt group/pilot but I read that, by design, the call forwarding cannot work.

So I created some remote destinations and a remote destination profile. It works fine but (there is always one but) when the remote destination is a mobile, when the guy with this mobile number calls someone, it displays, on the recipient phone, the number associated to the Remote Destination Profile.

It is not easy to explain... so if you need more information, feel free to ask! Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

to display the original caller ID, you can change the service
parameter "Matching
Caller ID for Remote Destination" to complete and the service parameter "Number
of Digits for Caller ID Partial Match" to random high number such as 20

Hello Lepiero,

You could try the following:

CUCM Admin Page-> System-Service Parameters then Select CUCM Server and Service "Call Manager'.

Under Clusterwide Parameters (System-Mobility) select:

"Matching Caller ID with Remote Destination"->Complete Match (Default)

"Number of Digits for Caller ID Partial Match"->15

Hope this works for you

George

Hope the above helps,
