Hi Experts,
All IP Phones configured by SIP Protocol, for call security I want if someone wants to start a call to the outside (PSTN) he's obliged to enter his own PIN, Is there a way to configure that on CME 11.0 ?
thank you.

You can use Forced Authorization Codes.

Hi Brandon,
thank you for your quickly reply.
I have already configured this feature (FAC), but it doesn't work, when I start a call to PSTN, the IP Phone doesn't ask me the PIN, Here is the config :

voice lpcor policy FIX-GSM-NATIONAL

Do you have the auth package configured such as:
application package auth param passwd-prompt flash:en_bacd_welcome.au param passwd 54321 param user-prompt flash:en_bacd_enter_dest.au param term-digit # param abort-digit * param max-digits 32
Do you have the username password configured such as:
username 786 password 0 54321
See the configuration example here:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/manual/cmeadm/cmefac.html

This configuration that you gave me is for a single PIN Code
I want every IP Phone has its PIN Code, 50 PIN Codes for 50 IP Phones
thank you again.
Youssef.

So you would need 50 usernames/passwords:
username 786 password 0 54321
username 787 password 0 98765
username 789 password 0 12345
. . . . . . . .
One solution would be to make the usernames match extensions.

thank you,
But in this one will encounter another problem, each user can make calls from each IP Phone to the outside (PSTN).
I would like every user can just make PSTN calls, only by his phone or by his number.
And how I can download the audios (en_bacd_enter_dest.au, en_bacd_welcome.au), I have not found it in Cisco website
