I am testing a transfer recall scenario in call manager 10.5.
I have 4 phones each with their own extension number 100X, and a shared line of 1000.
A call comes into the Call Manager and rings 1000. Extension 1006 answers the call on button 1000 and transfers the call to 1005.
The call rings 1005 for 3 minutes but never recalls back to either 1006 or 1000.
The scenario is for a customer that does not want to use forwarding or voice mail.
Is there not the ability to recall a transferred call back to the transferring phone on no answer?
