call transfert is not active on cucm 8.5

hi

i have a problem with call trasfert. when i want to transfert an incoming PSTN call to an extension number on CUCM it tell me that the key is not active.

softkey is configured and the tranfert button exist but not active. Transfert an incoming call from extension number to another extension is OK.

If H323 GW is involved start by checking the MTP required is checked
