CallBack Funtionality

Hello Guys

 

I have been working with Callback Notification in this scenario:

 

User A is in activate call with user B, and User C calls user A or B and if no one answer the phone User C push softkey Callback to know when user A or B is available with a notification like this

Is there any way that instead of this notification, User C and B or User C and A receive a call from the system to establish the call?

Hi there

 

AFAIK, no other option, at least native in CUCM.

 

If you have Cisco Unity Connection 11.X, you can configure HTML Missed Call notification, that alerts you via email if you got any missed call.
